Joseph D. Dilucia, Jr.

Joseph David DiLucia, Jr. passed away peacefully August 23, 2023, with his loving family beside him and has returned to his heavenly home with Jesus. He was born on June 24, 1964 in Toledo, OH to Joseph and Linda DiLucia.

Joey graduated from Springfield High School and went on to serve in the United States Navy for several years. Shortly after he served Joey suffered from a traumatic brain injury from a boating accident, even thru all of his struggles he never lost his love for his family, the Steelers, music and chocolate.

Joey is survived by his loving children, Amber (Lonnie) DiLucia Pierce, Joseph (Ashleigh), Dominic and Brett DiLucia; 7 grandchildren; sisters, Lisa Moehring, Debbie (Brian) Dennis, DeAnn (Tony) Fleming, Tricia (Scott) Rigney and Beth (Rick Lawrence) DiLucia; mother of his children, Robin DiLucia many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews as well as Joel DiLucia.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 from 10:00 am until the time of the memorial service at 1:00 pm at the Walker Funeral Home, Holland-Springfield Chapel, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland, OH (419-865-8879).
