John Slagle

John R. Slagle, age 83 of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Monday, June 6, 2016 at University of Michigan Hospital. He was born in Columbus, Ohio on October 12, 1932 to Mitchell and Stella Slagle. John was employed in security with A.J. Bureau Security for many years. He was preceded in death by several loved ones. John is survived by his loving wife, Geneva, children, Mitchell, Anthony, Timothy, Sharon, Sandra, Jonathon, Charlie, Cathy, several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, June 13 from 11:00 am until time of funeral service at 1:00 pm at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home, 1163 W. Sylvania Ave. Pastor Donald Lewis officiating.
