Jeffrey L. Armstrong affectionately known as Bodean was born to Amanda Armstrong and Lee Warren on March 8, 1964, in Toledo, Ohio. Jeff attended Toledo Public Schools and is a 1982 graduate of Jesup W. Scott High School. Jeff loved football and being around those he had a connection with.Jeff was preceded in death by both of his parents Amanda Armstrong Turner and Lee Warren.Jeff is survived by his children Kimmeka Armstrong and Jeffrey L. Armstrong II. Grandchildren: Layla K. Mason, Brooklynn N. Armstrong, JaeLynn L. Armstrong, Marcus D. Armstrong, Maurice L. Armstrong, and Messiah Y. Armstrong. Brothers: Troy Armstrong, Ken Warren and Lamont Warren. Close Nephew: Anthony Collins and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, loved ones and friends.
