Jason "Jay" Allan Deibler

Surrounded by loved ones, Jason Allan Deibler, 50, of Maumee passed away April 6 ^th after an almost 3 year battle with cancer.

Born October 8, 1971, in Orrville to Gerald and Marilyn (Marthey) Deibler. At 17, Jason enlisted in the U.S. Army. He served in Desert Storm as a part of the 32 ^nd Air and Missile Defense Command. Following discharge at 21, he earned a bachelor's degree from Bethel University. To say that Jason was proud of is country and his service would be an understatement.

He loved the challenge of his career as the Regional Manager over Facilities Services with Walmart. Despite his cancer treatments, he always stayed dedicated to the job he loved. That same devotion to his career, and service to his country, could only be surpassed by his love for his wife, Lori, of 27 years.

Jason is also survived by his two sisters, Barbara Clem and Valerie Alsip; his aunts, Audrey Warrick and Diana Norman; his in-laws, Scott and Denise Walsh, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The Service will be on April 11 ^th at Walker Funeral Home in Holland – 7438 Airport Highway, Holland OH 43528 (419-865-8879). The visitation begins at 12:00pm and the service commences at 2:00 pm. A Celebration of Life will follow. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society and/or The Wounded Warrior Project.
