Janis I Turner

Janis I. Turner, age 65 of Toledo, Ohio died Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at Toledo Hospital. She was born in Michigan City, Indiana on December 19, 1945 to Johnnie Wiedenhoft and Anita Birch. Janis was devoted, sharing precious moments with her husband, children, and grandchildren. Her interests where playing bingo, yahtzee, shopping, Disney characters, family, friends, and life itself. Janis was preceded in death by her father, Johnnie; and sister, Faye. She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Dale Turner; children, Kimberly (Dave) Stewart, Matthew Turner, and Amy Turner; grandchildren, Keaton, Jacob, Molly, Nicholas, and Josie; mother, Anita Birch; sisters, Sharon Reed-Wells, and Connie (Harold) Gordon; and uncle, Donald Volk. Visitation for Janis will be at H.H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd (419-473-1301) on Sunday from 2PM until 7PM. Funeral Services will follow at 7PM.
