Janice M. Muir

Janice (Jay) M. Myers-Muir, 65, loving mother , grandmother, daughter, sister, aunt & friend, gained her wings on December 11,2025, surrounded by her loving family at UTMC. Janice was born in Swanton, Ohio, on September 24, 1960. She graduated from Swanton High School.

Janice was a wonderful, loving women who helped others. She had a love for children, especially her two grandsons. Janice is an avid Ohio State Buckeyes fan. Janice loved playing cards and dice back in the day with her family and friends. Janice has worked at daycares and babysitting for many family and friends. The love of her life was Chuck McCullough. Janice spend the last few years working at New Concept as a Peer Supporter Recovery helping others with their addiction. 

Surviving are her children, Doug (Nikki) Muir, Tim (Kelly) Muir, Ashley (Danny) Powell; her parents, Howard & Mary Myers; brother, Howard (Lisa); sister, Linda (Jeff) & her two loving, pride & joy grandsons, Dustin (Shelby) and Preston. Also surviving are many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Preceding her in death was Chuck McCullough. 

There will be no service, but the funeral home is Sunrise Cremations and Funerals, 7438 Airport hwy, Holland,Ohio 43528. 419-865-8879.
