Jan Ellen Tower

Jan E. Tower, age 54 of Toledo, Ohio, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014 at Ebeid Hospice. She was born in Toledo on September 19, 1960 to Raymond and Susanne Jakubowski. Jan enjoyed karaoke and love going to the grandkids sporting events. She was employed as a manager at Jugs Tavern and most recently, Touch of Class Cleaners. She was preceded in death by her father, Raymond Jakubowski, grandparents, Jug and Nellie Jakubowski and Paul and Catherine Louth, her granddaughter, Neaveh. Jan is survived by her loving husband, Martin Tower, devoted daughters, Tonya (Loren) Mathile, Tabatha Tower, grandchildren, Josiff, Jesika, Luvv, Jennelle, Izaiah, Travion, Xayvion, mother, Susanne Jakubowski, siblings, Andrew (Sun) Jakubowski, Kathy Klein, Jim (Carol) Jakubowski, Chuck Jakubowski and many nieces and nephews and extended family. Memorial visitation will be Sunday, January 4, 2015 at H. H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd (419-473-1301) from 2:00 pm until time of services beginning at 4:00 pm. Memorial contribution may be given to Jans family to help with funeral expenses.
