Isaac Starks, Jr.

Isaac Manuel Starks Jr. went to his Heavenly home on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at age 53. He was born to the union of Reverend Isaac M. Starks Sr. and Lee Anna Starks on November 15, 1963. He was a graduate of Waite High School. He was a member of Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church. Isaac is survived by his children Marquis Starks, Airelle Starks, Isaac M. Starks III, Angelique Starks, and Bria Carnes; brother William L. Hayes Sr.; eight grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends. Services will be Saturday, November 4, 2017 at Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church at 1401 Hoag St., Toledo with the family hour starting at 10:00 a.m. with the Funeral following at 11:00 a.m.
