Harlon Adams

Harlon Lachester Adams, Jr., age 92, of Toledo, passed away Thursday, April 28, 2022 at home. He was born August 8, 1929 in Toledo to Harlon and Jennie (Cook) Adams, Sr. Harlon was known to join almost any organization he could and was an active member in such clubs as Veterans of War, the Knights of Columbus, the Scottish Rite, and the Shriners. He was also a Post Master for the Masons and a member of the VFW Post 9816.Harlon is survived by his; wife Patricia (Wintersmith) Adams; daughters Rae Lynn (Dale) Myers and Renee Adams; son Ronald Adams; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his; son Robert Adams; siblings, and parents. Friends will be received on Monday, May 2, 2022, from 3 PM to 6 PM at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home (3219 Tremainsville Rd. at Alexis) Toledo. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 3, 2022, at 11 AM at the funeral home, with interment following immediately at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
