Gertrude Cannon

Gertrude Cannon, age 91, passed away Sunday, January 27, 2013 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg. She was born August 5, 1921, in Lexington, TN. In her early years she liked collecting antiques and having garage sales. Gerties enjoyment of her family and friends carried her through her later years of life. She is survived by her son, Larry (Sue) Cannon; six grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Gertrude was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie Cannon; daughters, Rose Wymer and Joye Griggs. The family will receive guests on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m. at H.H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville RD. (419-473-1301).
