Georgia "Georgia Peach" Zimmerman

Georgia Zimmerman, age 68, of Northwood OH, died April 11, 2025 at home. She was born March 6, 1957 To Mr. & Mrs. Leland (Esther Remusat) Hall. She enjoyed line dancing and country music, a cocktail in her pool, being a grandma, visiting her brothers in Florida and gardening.

Georgia was well known for her contagious laugh and welcoming personality. She always lit up every room she walked in to. She especially loved being a Grandma. She was well liked and loved by all and will be missed dearly.

Survived by her husband, Ronald “Cory” Zimmerman; children, Dakota McMonigal, Travis Fowler, Tawnya Barnett-Thomas, Kara Zimmerman and Tory Zimmerman; brothers, Guy (Lorri) Hall, Rex Hall, Wayne “Butch” (Pam) Hall; grandchildren, Jasmine (Grant) Fowler, Karlee McMonigal, Parker Barnett, Jaymz, Kaleb, Kamron Cadence and Tyah; niece, Ashley (Ethan) Carter; nephew, Corey (Jessica) Lambroff; great-nieces, Rylee Carter and Ava Carter. She was preceded in death by her brother, Warren “Corky” Lambroff and her parents, father, Leeland Hall and mother, Esther Hall.

Friends will be received at the Robert Shank, Sr. Chapel at Sunrise Cremations and Funerals, Walbridge (701 N. Main St.) on Thursday April 24, 2025 from 10 AM until the time of Services at Noon. Burial will immediately follow at Lake Twp. Cemetery. Family and friends will then go to El Vaquero on the Docks in Toledo for lunch – anyone is welcome to join.
