Georgia Ann Burnham

Georgia Burnham, 83, of Walbridge, Ohio, passed away surrounded by family, on November 23,2025, at St. Charles Hospital, in Oregon, Ohio. Georgia was born September 30, 1942, in Toledo, Ohio, to George and Mary Nagy. Georgia graduated in 1960 from Whitney High School and spent her career in retail, at Sam's Club, retiring in 2011. She also loved cake decorating and spent many years making cakes for weddings, graduations, and birthdays.

Georgia was a beautiful soul and a friend to everyone. She loved being with family most, always ready for a cookout or holiday gathering. She was excited every year for annual Christmas cookie baking day! She cherished shopping trips to Amish country, and car rides to look for deer!

She is survived by her daughters, Deb (Dave) Wendi, and Cindy (Joe); grandchildren, Anthony (Ashley) Stephanie, Leticia (Rudy), Samantha ( Brandon), Mariah (Mark), Troy (Deserae), Britnee (Rich), Allison (Dustin), Zach and Cooper; great-grandchildren, Owen, Chase, Kyler, Addi, Penelope, McKenna, Alivia, Ariana, Elena, Thiago, Rylee, Addison , Ellie, Hailey, Cristopher, Zander, Knox,Navy, Nash, Xavier, Evan, Emery, Brayden, Myles, Tessa, Max, and Malcom; brother, Jim (Marcia) Nagy; sister, Pat Voorhees. Georgia is preceded in death by one son, Tommy Lane; mother, Mary Nagy; father, George Nagy; brother, Ronnie Nagy, and brother-in-law, Mike Voorhees.

Visitation will be at Sunrise Cremations and Funerals, Walbridge, Ohio, on Monday, December 1, 2025, from 12:00pm-3:00pm with a Memorial Service beginning at 3:00 pm. Luncheon immediately following at Lake Township Hall, 27975 Cummings Road Millbury, Ohio 43447.
