Gail Ruth Werner

Gail Ruth Werner, 83, of Toledo, OH passed away on November 19, 2018 at Vibrant Life in Temperance, MI. She was born on November 28, 1934 in Toledo to Rosslyn C. and Edith O. Dieball and she married William H. Werner, Jr. Gail graduated from Waite High School and later attended Miami University. She worked for 25 years at various voting booths and attended Messiah Lutheran Church. Gail enjoyed walking and being with people as well as playing Ohio Lottery scratch offs. She also loved her time spent in Arizona. Gail is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, William H. Werner, Jr.; children, Julie Ann (Jim) Bauknecht and William D. Chip (Kathy) Werner; 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Dean Dieball. Friends will be received on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 from 5:00 pm until the time of the memorial service at 7:00 pm in Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home, 1163 W.
