Frank Hebert, Sr., age 73, of Toledo, died Monday, February 5, 2018 at Mercy-St. Vincent Medical Center. He was born February 7, 1944 in Toledo to Mr. & Mrs. Frederick (Loretta Grames) Hebert. Frank enjoyed fishing. Survived by his wife, Dolly (Dart) Hebert; children, Tammy (Edward) Smith, Frank (Cathy) Hebert, Deanna Wernert and Candace (Jeff) Balla; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 2 sisters and 3 brothers. He was preceded in death by his parents and many siblings. Friends will be received at Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home (1163 W. Sylvania at Lockwood, 419-269-1111) on Monday from 2-8 PM where Services will be held on Tuesday at 10 AM. Burial, Historic Woodlawn Cemetery, Toledo.
