Frances Bishop

Frances Angela Bishop, age 57, of Toledo, died January 17, 2016 at UTMC. She was born May 20, 1958 in Toledo to Mr. & Mrs. Roman (Lucy) Kwiatkowski. She enjoyed photography, fishing, weight lifting, baking and loved her cats. Frances was very positive, and wanted the best for others. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Ed Bishop and her parents. Survived by her son, John Michael (Walida) Bishop of Fayetville, NC, and Carolyn (Nate) Taylor, Deborah Bishop, John Eric (Jaquie) Bishop; brothers, Bruce and Tom Kwiatkowski both of Toledo. Friends will be received at At University Bible Fellowship Church. 2841 Dorr. St. (near Westwood and Douglas) on Sunday, Memorial will start at 6 PM followed by a reception for family.
