Donnajeanne Craft

DonnaJeanne Craft, age 95 years old, of Toledo, Ohio, passed away on March 1, 2025, at her daughter’s home, surrounded by her loving family. DonnaJeanne was born on July 27, 1929, the daughter of Raymond and Leona (Avery) Hutchinson. DonnaJeanne married Roy H. Craft, on January 17, 1947, and the two enjoyed over 57 years of marriage.

DonnaJeanne was a high school graduate, and in her working years, was employed as a clerk at Bargain City, for over 20 years, until it’s closing. She was also employed for Food Town, for 14 years, before her retirement in 2002. In her spare time, Donna enjoyed gardening, playing bingo and bunko, and was a previous long-time member on the Election Board. She had a passion for crocheting and loved to gift handmade blankets to others.

Left to cherish her memories include her children, Sandy Klinger, Kathy (Benny) Sharp, Roy (Penny)Jr, Michael (Rosie), Tommie (Robin), and Susie Craft; 28 grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, and a few great-great-grandchildren. DonnaJeanne was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Leona Hutchinson; husband, Roy H. Craft, who passed away on May 31, 2004; daughters, Bonnie Wolf and Debbie Henry; sons, Dennis and Doug Craft; and son-in-law, John Klinger.

Memorial Donations have been suggested to Ohio Living Hospice, in honor of their gentle and compassionate care given to DonnaJeanne.

A visitation will be held on Monday, March 10, 2024, from 11:00am-3:00pm, with a funeral service to follow, at The Ray Neville Chapel at Sunrise Cremations and Funerals, 7438 Airport HWY, Holland, Ohio, 43528.
