Donald G. Snyder

Donald G. Snyder, age 95, of Walbridge, died July 14, 2025 at Bay Park Hospital. He was born February 28, 1930 in Perrysburg Twp. to Mr. & Mrs. Ernest (Dorothy Blandin) Snyder. He was a proud farmer his entire life and also worked as a Glass Cutter at LOF. He was a member of the Wood County Historical Society Barn Bums; a member of the former Moline United Methodist Church and enjoyed woodworking. He was an avid Cleveland Indians fan all of his life.

Survived by his wife, Avis; children, Ron (Jodi), Kevin (Mary Alice) and Donna (Ken) Hise; grandchildren, Mary (Adrian) Snyder, David Snyder, Jamie Snyder, Jack Hise, Sam Hise; he was preceded in death by his sister, Eleanor and grandchildren, Joshua and Jeremy  Snyder

Friends will be received on Saturday July 19, 2025 at the Robert Shank, Sr. Chapel at Sunrise Cremations and Funerals, Walbridge (701 N. Main St. 419-666-3121) from 9:30 AM until the time of services at 11 AM. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Lake Twp. Cemetery. Memorials in Donald’s name may be directed to Unity United Methodist Church, Northwood, OH or Samaritan’s Purse.
