Diane Joyce Decair, age 55 of Toledo, died July 25, 2018 at Mercy-St. Vincent Medical Center due to complications from surgery. She was born November 10, 1962. She was a fun loving, free spirit who loved her children and grandchildren to the moon and back. She leaves behind her children, Jennings (Renee), Justin (Jamie), Jessica (Kenth); grandchildren, James, Justin, Baby Kenny, Damion, Jayden, Kaden and Jordan; mother, Diane; brother, Floyd; sister, Robbin (Ed) and her loving companion, Farrell Jones.
