Diane Marie Crane

Diane Crane, age 62, passed away at Arbors of Sylvania on Thursday, July 9, 2015 after her battle with throat cancer. Diane was born on May 26, 1953 in Toledo, Ohio to Frank and Esther (Czubek) Trzaskowski. She was a 1971 graduate of Whitmer High School. Diane was employed for over 20 years with the VA. She especially enjoyed listening to the stories of the Veterans she met over the years. Diane is survived by her mother Esther Trzaskowski; siblings, Stephen, Tim, Deborah, Jacqueline (Duane) Lanham, Judy (Rick) Thomaswick, Marianne (Curt) Kuecher; nine nieces and nephews; and her special friends from the VA, Johnnie and Betty. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank J. Trzaskowski; and the love of her life, William Mitchell. Dianes family wishes to thank the staff at Arbors of Sylvania for all their kindness and compassionate care throughout her stay. Per the family, services will be private.
