Danny Fleming

Danny James Fleming, 75, of Toledo, Ohio, died October 22, 2025, at his home, after a long battle with lung cancer.

Danny enjoyed his retirement from Lott Industries by going fishing, go karting and traveling with his friends and NECO family. He enjoyed many mornings sitting at the kitchen table and drinking his coffee. Most of the time he relaxed watching TV, in his recliner, in his favorite flannel attire.NECO assisted Danny with his daily activities for the past 20 years.

Danny, known to speak his mind, it was always clear what made Danny happy. He would always give a high pitched Hello, followed by a smile and hug when he encountered those that he hadn't seen in a while. Danny will be missed by his friends and NECO family.

Danny James Fleming was born in Trumbull, Ohio, on January 28th, 1950, to Alva Harold Fleming and Viriginia Ann Kistler. Danny was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents. Danny is survived by his best friend and roommate for the last 25 years, Jimmie Beard.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 1, 2025, at the Ray Neville Chapel at Sunrise Cremations and Funerals, Holland, 7438 Airport Hwy, from 10 a.m. until the time of Services at 11 a.m.

Burial services immediately to follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park, Toledo, 4210 W. Central Ave.
