Daniel Mosher

Daniel Marion Mosher, age 48, passed away on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center in Toledo. Daniel was born on December 22, 1966 in Flint MI to Kenneth and Gloria (Hill) Mosher. Daniel was a 1986 graduate of Arthur Hill High School in Saginaw, MI. He was a lifelong gifted and accomplished artist, and creative cartoonist. He illustrated his life in his art wherever he lived using whatever medium available to him at the time. Most recently he lived in the Old West End of Toledo. There he lived in a spacious apartment on the top floor of a building he affectionately called The Manch. He was a great friend to many and never held a grudge - always choosing to look for the bright side of any situation, and counting on the better nature of the people around him. He was generous, kind and had a great sense of humor. Daniel enjoyed the many relationships he had with his coworkers - most notably those at Younkers in Bay City, MI, Rite Aid in MI and Toledo, and most recently at the Grand Plaza Hotel in Toledo. Daniel is survived by his mother, Gloria (William) Muchler of TX; father, Ken (Jo An) Mosher of WA; sister, Sherri (Jamie) Archer of MI; aunt, JoAnn (Russell) Smith of MI; uncle, Otis (Ruthene) Hill of NC; and many cousins and other family members. Daniel was preceded in death by his grandparents; Vernon Mosher, Valores Jones, and Carl and Sophie Hill, aunts; Margaret Stranahan, Carole Wolgast, RuthAnn Draper, and Jerrolyn Hurd. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 from 5 until 8PM at the Grand Plaza Hotel, 444 N. Summit St. in Toledo.
