Daniel R Hunter

Daniel R. Hunter age 74, of Oregon, OH passed away peacefully with family Nov. 30, 2010 following stroke complications. Born May 1936 to Paul & Eunice (Coy) Hunter, he served in the Ohio Natl Guard and married Carol Polster in Oct. 1957. Dan was employed by Kaiser Jeep and Chrysler Perrysburg as a millwright for 39 years. He enjoyed amateur radio, woodworking, gardening, country music and travelling. Dan and Carol are proud of riding in all 48 states on their Gold Wing motorcycle, and enjoyed many winters in Leesburg, FL. Survivors include his wife Carol; children David, Paul and Connie; grandsons Nicholas and Austin; gr. granddaughter Skye; and sisters Janice, Brenda, Karen and Shirley. Dan was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sandra. A Celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 3, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Bedford Alliance Church, 8645 Jackman Rd.
