Clarabelle Blydenburgh Hartford

Clara (Blydenburgh) Hartford, 82, made her transition to Heaven peacefully in her sleep on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at her home surrounded by loved ones. Clara was born on February 8, 1929 in Long Island, New York to Clarence Wheeler Blydenburgh and Helen Ann Gillis. She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Deborah (Douglas) Clinton of Toledo, Ohio; two sisters, Ann (James) Reed of New Mexico and Patricia Gillis of Indiana; 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 4 great- great grandchildren; many other loving family members and friends; and her best pal, Charlie. Clara was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Albert Gillis; son, James Hartford; and daughter, Darlene McHugh. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
