Cindy Louise Perry

Cindy Louise Perry, 60, of Toledo, OH passed away on Saturday, February 9, 2019 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital. She was born on November 22, 1958 in Toledo to James and Mary Lou Winter. Cindy was a 1977 graduate of Whitmer High School. She was employed at Washington Local Schools as a custodian before retiring in 2015. Cindy was a member of OAPSE for 25 years and served as Union Leader. She was also an active member of the Democratic Party. Cindy enjoyed going to different casinos, travelling and spending time with her grandchildren. Cindy is survived by her daughter, Michelle Sharp; grandchildren, Marissa Downing, Marly Downing and Cooper Sharp; brother, Rick Winter and family; uncle, aunts, many cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Bill Perry. Friends will be received on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd. Toledo, OH 43613 (419-473-1301). Visitation will continue on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm in the funeral home with a funeral service to follow the visitation at 1:00 pm. Burial will held at Toledo Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to donors choice.
