Char wanted to share the following with everyone: Do not stand at my grave and weep. I am not there. I do not sleep. I am a thousand winds that blow. I am the diamond glints on snow. I am the sunlight on ripened grain. I am the gentle autumn rain. When you awaken in the mornings hush I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circled flight. I am the soft stars that shine at night. Do not stand at my grave and cry; I am not there. I did not die. Miss me, But Let Me Go When I come to the end of the road, And the sun has set for me, I want no rites in gloom-filled rooms, Why cry for a soul set free? Miss me a little--but not too long, And not with your head bowed low; Remember the love that we once shared Miss me--but let me go. For this is a journey that we all must take, And each must go alone. It's all a part of the Master's plan, A step on the road to home. When you are lonely and sick at heart, Go to the friends we know, And busy your sorrows in doing good deeds. Miss me - but let me go. Its our Job to choose Its our job to choose the choices we make each day of the week. The paths we take the goals we seek. The kind of person one day we will be, is a choice by you and me. Each thought we think, each word we say, affects our tomorrows in some strange way. Each task we finish if well done prepares us to tackle a bigger one. Each of us has a talent or two a chance to make good on the job we do, Time to squander or use is given to us. Its our job to choose. Arrangements under the direction of Blanchard-Strabler Funeral Home, Toledo, OH.
