Carol Ann Krukowski, 65, of Sylvania, Ohio, unexpectedly passed away on November 4, 2025

Carol’s sudden passing has left her family and friends heartbroken, but her memory will remain a source of comfort and strength to all who knew and loved her. Affectionately known as “Grammy”, a name she treasured, Carol’s warmth, generosity, and loving spirit touched the lives of everyone around her.

Carol graduated from Roger’s High School in 1978 and enjoyed a long and dedicated career with McDonald’s from 1976 to 2020, where she built lasting friendships and impacted the lives of countless coworkers and customers. She loved crafting and making decorations, and her creativity brought joy not only to her home but also to those she loved.

Her pride and joy was her grandson, Ruger, with whom she shared countless treasured moments filled with laughter and love. Together, they delighted in doing experiments, embarking on adventures, building Legos, and exploring their creativity side by side. Carol also deeply cherished her time with her son, Jeff, and the unbreakable bond they shared. Whether attending car shows, camping under the open sky, spending joyful days together at Cedar Point, or enjoying the lively atmosphere of fall festivals, these moments became memories she held close to her heart.

Carol had a true love for Corvettes and also found joy in collecting cherished memorabilia, especially Coca-Cola and McDonald’s items, treasures that reflected her playful spirit and love for nostalgia. Each year, she especially looked forward carefully setting up her beloved Christmas village, a tradition that filled her home with warmth, wonder, and the magic of the season.

Carol is survived by her son, Jeffery (Ashley) Dultmeyer; her beloved grandson, Ruger Dultmeyer; her siblings, Chuck (Brenda), Steve (Bonnie), Janet (widow of David), Stanley (Susie), Barbara, and Bill (Pam); and her life partner, Harvey Cilley as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is now at rest, surrounded by love and a reunion long held in her heart including her parents, Stanley and Caroline Krukowski.

Carol’s legacy lives on in the hearts of her family, friends, and all who were blessed to share life with her. A celebration of life will be held in the spring, with details to be shared by the family.
