Carol Holk

Carol E. Holk, age 86, formally of Toledo, passed away at her home in Arizona on Tuesday, July 5, 2011. She was born in Sylvania, Ohio on April 11, 1925 to Elijah and Ethel Worden. Carol was preceded in death by her parents, sisters; Esther Reachel, Ruth Schafer, brothers; Walter Butt, James Worden and Charles Worden. Carol is survived by her devoted son; Hank (Kathleen) James, grandchildren; Shellie James and Henry (Mandy) James, great grandchildren, Shawn, Damien and Sarah James. siblings, Doris Richardson and William Butt. Visitation for Carol will be at H. H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home, 3219 Tremainsville Rd. (419-473-1301) Toledo, Ohio on Tuesday, July 12 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. Funeral services at 10:00 am in the funeral home on Wednesday. Pastor Jerry Craig will officiate. Interment to follow at Ottawa Hills Memorial Park.
