Carol Edwards

Carol J. Edwards, born on 11/17/1939, passed away on 07/26/2023Carol was surrounded by her four (4) loving children during her passing, after fighting for many years, battling against Sarcoidosis, multiple lung and heart diseases. Her husband John C. "Jack" Edwards, preceded her in death on 11/14/1983. Parents: Raymond F. Alt, Sr. and Alma L. Alt (Newberry).Carol helped out in her family-owned sewing machine shop growing up. She worked as a cosmetologist for 47 years, she babysat many children in her home, worked at a department store, she enjoyed making ceramics, crocheting baby blankets, hats, scarves and Barbie doll clothes. She enjoyed playing cards (Euchre), she loved country music, square dancing and camping. She was a devout Christian and a very open, friendly person, and she only saw goodness in everyone, and loved all of her family and friends. We all loved her very much.
