Carol Cummerow

Carol (Boyer) Cummerow Carol (Boyer) Cummerow, 90, passed away October 31, 2016 in Hospice of Northwest Ohio . Carol was born April 11, 1926 in Toledo. She attended DeVilbiss HS, and graduated from Whitney High School in 1944. On August 3, 1946 she married William Cummerow, who preceded her in death in 1990. She volunteered at Flower Hospital for 15 years. Carol enjoyed watching CNN, reading the Blade and doing word search puzzles. Surviving are her son, Bill (Sandy) Cummerow; daughter, Shelly Machala; grandchildren, Jill Dorsey and her children, Shane, Will and Mia, Brandon (Laney) Fulkert and their children, Taylor, Brayden and Layla.; great-great granddaughter, Shayna. Per Carol's wishes, there will be no services. Arrangements entrusted to H.H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home. As published in The Blade
