Carol-Ann Margalski

Carol-Ann M. Margalski, 81, of Waterville, Ohio, passed away Thursday August 10, 2017 at UTMC. She was born December 11, 1935 in Toledo to Gertrude (Dunst) and Ludwig Thuel. Carol-Ann graduated from St. Vincents School of Nursing in the class of 1956, and continued working for St. Vincents as an RN for 50 years prior to her retirement. She was a member of the Eleanor Kahle Senior Center, St. Marys of the Assumption, St. Catherines of Siena, and of St. Josephs in Maumee. Carol-Ann was a resident of the Heritage Village, and was extremely proud to be a member of the residence council. Carol-Ann is survived by her children Sharon (Jeff) Chubner, Terri (Chuck) Anderson, Dean Margalski; grandchildren Heather (Joshua) Wylie, Ryan (Dana) Chubner, Aaron (Gwen) Chubner, Sean Chubner, Hilary (Jason) Frank; great-grandchildren Cody, Drake, Shyanna, Savanna, Loghan, Saige, Payton, T.J., Axel; siblings Karen (Bruce) Nelson, Mirriam (Dennis) Duszynski, Robert (Theresa) Thuel; sister-in-law Barbara Thuel; and many loving nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; brother Raymond; sister Donna; daughter-in-law Kelly Navarre; niece and god-child Sandra Nelson. Friends and family are welcome to St. Josephs Catholic Parish 104 W. Broadway St. Maumee, OH 43537 on August 23, 2017.
