Bruce E Ferguson

Bruce E. Ferguson, age 59, of Toledo, died Friday, October 27, 2017 at Ebeid Hospice. He was born August 26, 1958 in Toledo to Marian (Darr) and Charles E. Ferguson Sr. He attended Macomber High School and was a proud retired U.S. Navy Veteran, where he was a machinist in nuclear repair and later worked as a millwright. Bruce was a natural born athlete. Starting as a child with, baseball, football, basketball, wrestling, bowling,shooting pool, golf. He enjoyed some hunting with his boss/friend Curt. He enjoyed watching sports, GO BUCKS! Bruce was very mechanical and enjoyed woodworking and was very good with his hands. He greatly enjoyed NASCAR and even helped build on some race cars.While in the navy he was on the fire response team and in Kingsland, Ga he was on the volunteer Fire Department. He loved music, played the guitar. He sang in the praise band with Pilgrim church. He love his staycations at Fire Lake camp ground with family. Most of all his greatest love and passion was his family. Survived by his loving wife, Shaun (McCoy) Ferguson; daughters, Danielle Ferguson (Michael Ullery) and Cortney Ferguson (Travis Ware); granddaughters, Aliza and Aundrea; parents, Marian and Robert Darr and Charlie (Pat) Ferguson; siblings, Chuck (Lynn) Ferguson, Paul (Pam) Ferguson, Doug (Dolly) Ferguson and many loving Nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Friends will be received at Witzler-Shank Funeral Home, Trilby ( 3219 Tremainsville at Alexis) 419-473-1301 on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 2-8 PM where Services will be held on Thursday, November 2 at 11 AM.
