Bronwen Eleanor Shea

Bronwen Eleanor Shea, age 59, passed away October 1, 2017. She was the beloved daughter of John Daniel Shea and Nancy Jenkinson Shea. Bronwen lived for 35 years at Bittersweet Farms, a community for autistic adults. She was born in New York City and she moved to Toledo at age 24. She loved gardening, the Metroparks, traveling, swimming, shopping, cooking, crafting, drawing, vanilla orange ice cream, hooded sweatshirts, and watching the progress of construction projects around Toledo. Above all she loved spending time with the people who loved her. She is survived by her mother; and sister, Fiona; and all the members of the Bittersweet Farm community. A memorial will be held at Bittersweet Farms in Whitehouse on Thursday at 11 a.m.
