Bobby C. Griffith

Bobby C. Griffith, age 67, of Swanton, Ohio, died October 5, 2020 at St. Luke’s Hospital, Maumee, after an extended illness. Bobby was born April 27, 1953 in Toledo to the late Teddy and Thelma May (Manus) Griffith. He graduated from Springfield High School and was employed with The Anderson’s in metal fabrication for more than 42 years. He retired as a project manager in 2017. Bobby loved the outdoors and found great joy in hunting and fishing, especially at Lake Erie. He also liked to work with his hands building and fixing things around the house. He was a simple man, down-to-Earth, always straight-forward and thoughtful. Bobby is survived by his wife, Karen (Kujawski) Griffith; son, Bobby, Jr.; step daughter, Michelle McMannamy (David); grandchildren, Keira, Cole and Ally Griffith; and siblings, Dennis Griffith (Cheryl), Kenny Griffith and Carolyn Cole (Ed). He was also preceded in death by a brother, Billy Griffith. Family and friends are invited to visit from 12–6 p.m., Saturday, October 10, 2020 in the Walker Funeral Home, Holland-Springfield Chapel, 7438 Airport Highway, Holland. Due to the state mandate, facial coverings are required. Graveside services at Swanton Cemetery will be private. Contributions in Bobby’s name may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
