Blanche Rose Frederick

Blanche R. Frederick age 88 of Sylvania, Ohio died Saturday, November 19, 2011 at Lake Park. She was born in Toledo on May 5, 1923 to Barney and Rose Lempke. Blanche loved to crotchet and play bingo. She volunteered at St. Vs in the X-ray department. She was a long time member of St. Vincent De Paul Church and the 55 plus Club. Blanche was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John M. Frederick; and sister, Irene Mellender. She is survived by her son, John (Marcia) Frederick; daughter, Rose (Thomas) Lewandowski; grandchildren, David Frederick and Kara (Jeremy) Brown; great grandchildren, Arthur Joseph AJ, Jacob, Katie and Audrey Brown.
