Bernita I Watkins

Bernita I. Watkins, age 83 of Fostoria, Ohio, passed away Friday, October 7, 2011 at home. She was born in Tiffin, Ohio on Friday, May 18, 1928 to Benjamin Franklin and Dorothy Biller. Bernita enjoyed cooking and baking. Her greatest loves in life were being a wife, mother, and grandmother. Bernita was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Franklin Jr. Biller. She is survived by her loving husband, Leo Watkins; sons, Dennis (Jan) Watkins and Robert (Brenda) Watkins; siblings, Louise Smith, Eunice (Roy) McCullum, Betty (Woody) Snyder, Thelma (Mike) Weller, Joseph (Janet) Biller, grandchildren; Joseph (Stephanie) Watkins, Leanne (Joe) Lanning, Gregory Watkins, Brian Watkins, Craig Watkins, Jeffrey (Lisa) Watkins, Misty (Mike) Miles and Nic DeWood, and 7 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at High Street United Methodist Church, 243 W. High St. Fostoria, OH. on Oct. 15, 2011 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to be made to Bridge Hospice, 15100 Birchaven Lane, Findlay, OH. 45840. Arrangements were made by H.H. Birkenkamp Funeral Home (419-473-1301).
