Bernard Rachuba

Bernard Steven Rachuba, age 55, died of a heart attack on February 10th, 2021, Bernie was born August 25, 1965 in Merced, CA, to parents Bernard and Roberta Rachuba. He graduated from Whitmer High School. In 1982, he joined the Army as a Medic, served until 1984. Bernie was a great family man, a loving father and grandfather. Bernie was working as an engineer although he had various hands on jobs throughout out his life. Bernie was a social, active person, who was deeply involved in the 419 music community. He enjoyed fishing, camping, racing at Toledo Speedway, bartending, music, playing pool, Nascar, Football mainly the Pittsburgh Steelers! He also enjoyed spending time with his friends and family, who will always remember him as someone who was a kind and caring person with a huge heart. Bernie is survived by his parents Bernard and Roberta Rachuba; his Brother Brian (Jessica); his daughters Megan (Joseph) and Brandy (Connor); his Step-son Scott and his four Granddaughters and four Grandsons; his two nieces and one nephew and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.Services have been completed.
