Arthur E Phillips was born 7/4/1992 and gained his wings 5/19/2017 @ home in the arms of his loving family .Arthur was born with CP and out of the 24 yrs he was with us he has never been hospitalized . Arthur is survived by his mother Christine Garrett (Rudolph Small )brother David Lake sisters Mieisha Winston Mykeela Lake Ashley Lake and Michaelah Garrett .A private memorial service will be held for Arthur surrounding him with his loving family .
