She was born in North Baltimore, Ohio on August 16, 1917 to Willis and Celestia Parsons. Annabelle was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard B. Wooley; brothers, William and George Parsons; 2 great-grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Richard W. Wooley; daughters, Nedra Cole, Bonnie Penwell and Sue Baker; 8 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; 16 great-great-grandchildren; sister-in-law, Donna Andrejewski.
