Amy Marie Morales

Dec 27, 1975 — Aug 14, 2026

Amy Marie (Hall) Morales 50, born December 27, 1975, an incredibly loved wife, mother, grandmother, niece, and friend, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home after a long illness, surrounded by the family she loved so dearly on August 14, 2026 at 3:44pm.

For 35 years, Amy shared a life of devotion and love with her amazing husband, Brian who was an awesome caregiver. It was comforting to her and him both to be able to hold each other through it all. Her sweet scent of baby powder will forever bring him comfort. Together, they built a home centered on warmth, acceptance, love and family.

As a mother of six, Amy dedicated her life to nurturing her children, Michael, Joey, Maurissa, Zack, Jenna (Everardo), and Brianna (Michael) teaching them that kindness, compassion, forgiveness, and unconditional love go a long way.

Her legacy grew even richer as a grandmother of nineteen beautiful babies, Zayden, Alex, Aubrina, Alana, Peyton, Aria, Carter, Kennady, Leonie, Camden, Amira, Amias, Zachary, Aaiden, Aaniyah, Aamari, Amiliano, Brianna, and Brayden, each of whom brought immense joy to their Memo's life that she cherished deeply, including being in the delivery room while many of them were brought into this world - she, out of habit, even started breathing for the Momma's giving birth 🤣🤣🤣.

Those listed above weren't her only children and grandchildren though because there wasn't any neighborhood or friend of her children that she didn't love as her very own.

Amy was preceded in death by her mother, Kathy Waller.

OH THE MEMORIES...

Some favorite memories are...

Amy's water balloon fights with the children,

Trips to Beirut restaurant,

Learning how to ride bikes with Mom/Memo watching and encouraging,

Day trips to Port Clinton Beach for swimming, picnics or cookouts,

Camping at Koa on Summerfield Rd in Michigan where everyone enjoyed canoeing, paddlebots, fishing, swimming, bike riding, walks and the food trucks.

Amy was incredibly loud at the many sporting events she attended when the kids and grandkids were playing - screaming with excitement for a play well done and yelling with disappointment at the officials making bad calls,

Trips to spend the day at the Toledo Zoo was always a fun time!

Even as her health declined, her home remained a sanctuary for those who needed or wanted comfort and hospitality, where laughter (and hers was amazing) was shared and memories were made, and everyone was still always welcome.

Amy faced her long illness with courage, leaving an example of strength for all who knew her.

Her final moments were spent exactly as she wished - in her own home, surrounded by and enveloped in the love of the family that meant everything to her.

Amy's warmth, guidance, and enduring love will be profoundly missed, but her spirit will live on in the hearts of her husband, her children, grandchildren, extended family, and the many, many, many lives she touched.

Special thanks to Elara Care Hospice for making her transition comfortable.
