Amanda J. Cullum

Amanda J. Cullum gained her wings on Tuesday December 3, 2024 while surrounded by her loving family. She was born at Flower Hospital in Sylvania, OH on August 24, 1979. Amanda was a Springfield Alumni and a Penta County Career Center graduate of the class of 1998. While attending Penta, she studied masonry, where she excelled and was the only female to compete in the state competition in her field of study. Amanda worked at Ridgewood Manor in Maumee, OH for the last 16 years. She worked primarily in housekeeping and laundry while having contributed in the kitchen and daily operations over the years. She will be remembered by her co-workers and residents as a hardworking and motivated individual who loved to help and contribute wherever needed. Amanda worked up until she was medically unable too. She will be missed by many and all who came in contact with her.

The stars of Amanda's life were her daughter Alexis and granddaughter Ava. She will be missed by her fiancé Elijah Dia. The Family would like to personally thank the staff of Mercy Health Perrysburg Cancer Center and Hospice of Northwest Ohio Perrysburg for the care and friendships made during Amanda's stay with them. Amanda is survived by her daughter Alexis Paxton, granddaughter Ava Daly, fiancé Elijah Dia, Mother and Father Joseph Sr. and Judy Cullum, Brother Joseph Cullum Jr., Sister Lisa (Darrell) Snow, Nephews: Codie (Tiffany) Cullum, Caleb Cullum, Zachary Snow and Nieces: Sara Snow, Brittany Mosley. Great-nieces Maddison and Macie Cullum. Also, James (Lori) Barnes who was considered a brother; great uncle, Jerry Cullum..

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Joseph E. Cullum and Marie C. Geiser, Calvin and Sara Fennell, Aunt Linda Geiser, Freda Kanarek, Uncles Eddie and Wayne Fennell.

Visitation will be held December 9th, 2024 from 12pm to 3pm at the Ray Neville Chapel at Sunrise Life Celebrations at 7438 Airport Hwy, Holland Ohio 43528
